The Brief

Haleon — a global consumer healthcare business generating more than $1.4B in new-product revenue annually — needed an AI-driven innovation portfolio platform to compress ideation-to-insight cycles across six product squads, without compromising responsible-AI governance across a multi-vertical SaaS estate.

Approach

  • Owned the end-to-end product roadmap for the AI-driven innovation portfolio platform, defining OKRs and prioritising the backlog across six product squads with weekly KPI tracking for on-time delivery.
  • Architected a 12-month roadmap using Agentic AI (LangChain & Semantic Kernel on Azure OpenAI) to automate ideation workflows, prototyping, and product documentation.
  • Built RAG pipelines and transformer-based LLM workflows into mission-critical CX and developer-productivity platforms, and led ML model deployment across Azure, GCP, and AWS with CI/CD-driven delivery.
  • Delivered a Data-as-a-Service platform (Databricks, MS Fabric, Apache Spark) centralising pipelines for commercial real-estate SaaS platforms (Fortive Lucernex, IBM Tririga/Maximo), enabling self-serve analytics.
  • Served as Agile Product Coach for six Product Owners on a Power BI platform product, and established the Bengaluru AI product capability hub from scratch — hiring, mentoring, and defining delivery governance.
  • Authored RFP/RFI documentation and AI governance frameworks; evaluated model fairness, explainability, and data-ethics compliance for C-suite and regulatory stakeholders across the US and UK.
